  • If l don't have a backyard or outdoor space, can l still book a picnic?"
    Yes, our Picnics can be hosted indoors. We also host picnics at a public park or beach. It is important to note that there is a travel fee of $25 for locations greater than 50 miles from Orlando, Florida. Please feel free to contact us for park suggestions and locations.
  • Do you provide food?
    Sparkling water is provided at no cost with all our packages. We provide some food items, at an additional cost (located under Book Now). This includes charcuterie box (vegetarian and vegan options only), donut stand, dessert stand/tower, and smores board. You can also take your own food to the picnic.
  • What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
    Rescheduling is allowed for weather conditions out of our control. For all outdoor picnic events, we recommended having an indoor option for your picnic in case of severe weather. (If an indoor alternative location is not provided, the picnic event will be rescheduled).You may move the picnic event indoors or choose to reschedule, up to 6 months from your original picnic date.We do not offer full refunds, however, we understand that life happens, and if we are contacted 1 week (7 days) in advance, we will refund 75% of the full amount
  • Who does the clean up after the picnic is done?
    Jazz Picnics "N" Things will be 100% responsible for clean up and setup. All you are required to do is show up. For our Teepee Slumber Party, pick up and clean up is by 11 am, the following morning.
  • How long are does the picnic last?
    Our picnics are for 2.5 hours and our movie night picnics are for 3 hours. Slumber parties are over night events.
  • What happens if l show up late?
    Regardless of the time the client arrives, your picnic will start at the time agreed upon at booking and will conclude 2.5 hours later. We are unable to extend the picnic time on the day of the event, unless additional time was purchased at the time of booking.
  • Can l leave the picnic before my scheduled end time?
    This is ok as long as you notify Jazz Picnics "N" Things via text or a phone call 30 minutes before leaving the picnic site. This is because our items are in your care until we return. The client agrees that all picnic equipment will not be left unattended for the entire duration of the booking. During each event, the client is responsible for the items until a staff member from Jazz Picnic ‘N’ Things returns for clean-up.
  • Do you host other events other than picnics?
    At this time all our services are picnic style events however we do offer Movie Nights, Teepee Slumber Parties, Baby Showers, Picnic 'N' Paint, and Tea Party . If you require customized events or additional services, please contact JazzPicnic N Things to see if your request can be accommodated.
  • Can we choose our own theme, style and colors for my picnic?"
    You can choose from our variety of themes and styles we have created with our Jazz Picnic 'N' Things team by viewing our gallery and indicating your choice at the time of booking. Should you not see a theme that meets your needs, feel free to check our add ons to personalize your picnic. If you have a color scheme or style that isn't represented in our gallery, please email us prior to your booking to see if your request may be accommodated.
  • What times can I book a picnic?
    Please see google calendar found under each package. Select your preferred date to see if your preferred time is available. If you need a time that is outside our available hours, please contact us prior to booking to see if we are able to accommodate the booking. ​
